Planet Fitness, a leading fitness franchise with a nationwide presence, partnered with us to elevate their CRM program and drive meaningful engagement across their member base. Our approach focused on delivering high-performance creative tailored to diverse audience segments, fostering deeper connections with both new and existing members while transitioning their emails to a refreshed branding.
We spearheaded a series of dynamic email, IAM and SMS campaigns designed to promote key initiatives, such as membership acquisitions, limited-time offers, and premium membership upgrades. By leveraging behavioral data and audience insights, we developed personalized messaging strategies that increased member acquisition and conversion rates.
Our team also implemented strategies that engaged new members with onboarding sequences and reactivated lapsed members through win-back campaigns. Through rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis, we continually refined creative elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign ROI.

EMAIL OPTIMIZATIONS
Enhanced the Planet Fitness CRM program by implementing proven best practices to drive member engagement and improve key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. This included developing highly targeted, personalized email campaigns with dynamic content tailored to various member segments, such as new joiners, inactive members, and premium subscribers. Optimized subject lines and preheader text to boost open rates, while A/B testing creative elements.

PF BLACK CARD UPGRADE
Campaigns aimed at incentivizing existing Classic Card members to upgrade to the Black Card. The content emphasizes exclusive benefits like “Bring a Friend” privileges and access to the Black Card Spa for post-workout recovery. A free month offer also serves as an immediate financial incentive. These emails had an open rate of 40%, performing better than historical benchmarks before our client partnership.

Initiative designed to engage and delight members by offering exclusive discounts on popular fitness and wellbeing brands that are partnered with Planet Fitness. Primary goals were to drive member engagement, generate revenue via redemeptions and partner-drive income, boost member retention and inspire prospects to join by positioning perks as a key membership benefit.

This initiative transitions from single-use HTML emails to reusable, evergreen modules that enable dynamic content integration, faster versioning, and consistent branding. The modular approach supports testing at scale, reduces development time, and lays the foundation for localized market usage, ensuring flexibility for future campaigns and personalization at the individual level.
