As part of ongoing acquisition efforts for Discover Financial Services, the Discover it® credit card was brought to market through a fully integrated, cross-channel creative ecosystem designed to drive awareness, consideration, and new cardmember growth. The initiative spanned high-impact direct mail, targeted digital and social placements, and engaging video experiences, each tailored to meet audiences with the right message in the right moment.

I established creative that focused on translating the card’s core value proposition into clear, compelling narratives that balanced emotional resonance with rational proof points. This included reinforcing key benefits such as cash back match, no annual fee, and customer-first service, while elevating the overall brand perception through cohesive visual storytelling and consistent messaging across touchpoints.

:15 and :06 video spots were developed to bring Discover Financial Services Unlimited Cashback Match benefit to life, translating a complex value proposition into clear, engaging storytelling designed to drive credit card applications.
